How do I join a quiz contest?+
Navigate to the Contests page, browse available contests, and click "Join" on any contest that interests you. Make sure you have sufficient wallet balance to cover the entry fee.
How are winners determined?+
Winners are ranked by their score (correct answers) and the time taken to complete the quiz. Higher scores rank first; ties are broken by faster completion time.
How do I withdraw my winnings?+
Go to the Withdrawal page from your dashboard. Enter your UPI ID or bank details, specify the amount, and submit. Withdrawals are processed within 24–48 hours.
What payment methods are supported?+
We support UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and wallets via PayU. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption.
My wallet balance is incorrect. What should I do?+
If you notice a discrepancy, please contact us with your transaction ID and the expected amount. Our team will investigate and resolve it within 2 business days.

How does the referral program work?+
Share your unique referral link from the Referral page. When a friend signs up and completes their first paid contest, both of you receive bonus credits.
What happens if I lose internet during a quiz?+
Your answers up to the point of disconnection are saved. If you reconnect within the contest window, you can continue. However, the timer keeps running during disconnection.
